In the mid-19th century, the Brothers of Saint Louis began their educational institute in Oudenbosch. From mission territories, they brought back all kinds of objects: stuffed animals, special utensils, archaeological finds, and scientific instruments. What started as teaching materials grew into a unique collection. <\/p>\n
In 1956, everything was brought together in one museum that later moved to the Regina building \u2013 a monumental school building from 1904. Since 1985, the collection has been housed in an official foundation. <\/p>\n
