Archaeology is the science that studies remains of ancient cultures to reconstruct and understand the past. Such remains, especially man-made utensils, are usually found in excavations.
The Archaeology exhibition shows a beautiful collection of artefacts from the West Brabant landscape. The exhibition owes its existence mainly to Friar Christofoor, who started this special collection back in the 1950s. In addition to regional artifacts, there is material dating back to Roman times.
